What information does Pop3 gather / track?  The information that we  gather is the very minimum that we need to track your unique E-mail account and keep our records straight.

     With whom does Pop3MailCentral share the information it gathers / tracks?    The information that we do collect will not be sold, given away or distributed in any way!  We will only give out information about your account if we are served with a court-ordered legal search warrant, that requires our disclosure of your information to authorities.  We will never use this information to send any advertising to you.

     What is Pop3MailCentral's unsubscribe and data-removal policy?   If you decide to unsubscribe from our service within 30 days (30 day refund policy) you will receive a complete refund and all of your data will be purged from the database. 

     How can I correct and update my personal information?  You will be able to correct and update your information by going to the Edit Profile link of our web page.

     What is Pop3MailCentral's policy on deleting or de-activating my name from its database? When your account expires we will retain your information for 15 days in case you forgot to renew your account.  After 15 days all information will be purged from our database.
